About Rajah Hospital

Four decades of charitable care in Guruvayoor.

Rajah Hospital began in December 1982 as a single outpatient clinic and pharmacy, staffed by one doctor and two nurses. Run by the Rajah Charitable Medical Trust, it has since grown into a 150-bed hospital — while holding to its founding purpose of free and subsidized care for the community.
